My Life During Covid
I work for The South African Animal Sanctuary Alliance (SAASA). We have 4 wildlife sanctuaries in South Africa, Monkeyland, Birds of Eden and the Jukani Wildlife Sanctuary in Plettenberg Bay and MonkeylandKZN in Ballito, KwaZulu Natal. On the 25th of March 2 days prior to South Africa’s official COVID 19 phase 5 lockdown we shutdown our sanctuaries and sent our staff home to wait for our comeback calls.

Jukani Is Re-opening The 13th Of July 2020
Come and celebrate your birthday with us as we celebrate the fact that we are re-opening for public visits. From the 13th of July we will allow visitors to stroll through our wildlife sanctuary again. To qualify for your complimentary entry and stroll, simply request the COVID birthday special at reception and show your ID, drivers licence, passport or a birth certificate.
